Ports of Bremen and Bremerhaven and SOOP | Helmholtz Innovation Platform have joined forces to conduct air quality measurements at the container terminal in Bremerhaven. This initiative supports the evaluation of upcoming shore power systems which marks a significant step toward the decarbonization of Bremen´s ports – in Bremen and Bremerhaven.
Ports of Bremen and Bremerhaven – also known as bremenports – is the port management company of the state of Bremen and, as a modern service provider, is responsible for environmental management as well as the planning, development and marketing of the ports in Bremen and Bremerhaven.
